1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by reebet (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and reebet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed online gaming operator authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide casino gaming and sports betting services within the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of reebet services following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use reebet services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21 in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. reebet employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and deposits confiscated without refund.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing reebet services. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts may not use reebet services.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities through PAGCOR's voluntary exclusion program or any other recognized self-exclusion scheme. You represent and warrant that you have not been diagnosed with a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder that would make it inadvisable for you to engage in online gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use reebet services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and preferred currency (PHP).

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false names are strictly prohibited. reebet reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all related transactions, and withhold any winnings or deposits associated with such accounts.

3.2 Account Verification

reebet employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification (valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details).

Failure to complete account verification within thirty (30) days of registration or within seven (7) days of a verification request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. reebet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify reebet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. reebet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify reebet of unauthorized access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

reebet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet and bank transfers, and ₱500 for card payments and cryptocurrency.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet payments and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers. Card payments may take up to one hour, and cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation (typically 10-30 minutes). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or cryptocurrency network.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full account verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals requested from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification procedures. reebet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per month for all players. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits based on their tier status. Requests to withdraw amounts exceeding these limits must be approved by reebet management and may be processed in multiple installments over time.

4.4 Fees and Charges

reebet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose fees that are deducted from your transaction amount. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees charged by third-party payment processors before initiating a transaction.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the reebet platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing agencies including eCOGRA and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates based on millions of game rounds.

Game outcomes are determined by random chance and mathematical probability. Neither reebet nor any player can predict, control, or manipulate game results. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion with other players, or other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential criminal prosecution.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on reebet are governed by the specific rules and terms applicable to each sport and bet type, which are available on our platform. In the event of any ambiguity or contradiction between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In cases where an official result is not available, or where the integrity of an event is called into question (e.g., match-fixing allegations), reebet reserves the right to void all bets and refund stakes to players. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of obvious error (incorrect odds display, palpable errors in result determination).

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface or sports betting market. reebet reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. Limits may be adjusted based on game volatility, player history, risk management considerations, or regulatory requirements.

5.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, reebet provides tools allowing you to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and require a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately. You are encouraged to utilize these tools to maintain control over your gaming activity.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Terms

reebet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in total bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must be used in good faith. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets on both red and black in roulette), irregularly large bets using bonus funds, or any other pattern of play that reebet determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

reebet reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus winnings, and terminate accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Players who have previously engaged in bonus abuse may be excluded from future promotions at reebet's discretion.

6.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

The reebet VIP program rewards loyal players with exclusive benefits based on their level of activity. VIP tiers are determined by total wagering volume and include benefits such as faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits, personal account managers, exclusive bonuses, and invitations to special events. VIP status is reviewed monthly and may be upgraded or downgraded based on recent activity. Full VIP program terms are available in your account dashboard.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the reebet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate payments after using gaming services
• Identity theft or impersonation of another person
• Forging documents or providing falsified identification

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or tampering with reebet software

7.3 Money Laundering

• Using reebet services to launder proceeds of criminal activity
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay
• Structuring deposits to avoid detection or reporting thresholds
• Transferring funds to or from other players for non-gaming purposes

7.4 Underage Gambling

• Creating or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Allowing minors to access your account or use your device to gamble
• Providing false age information during registration

7.5 Terms Violations

• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent terms or claim bonuses fraudulently
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location
• Engaging in conduct that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations
• Abusing customer support staff through harassment, threats, or offensive language

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by reebet

reebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with our policies or Philippine law. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent resulting in account closure.

During suspension, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds. reebet will conduct an investigation and notify you of the outcome within thirty (30) days unless the investigation is ongoing or has been referred to law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon request, your account will be closed within seven (7) business days. Any remaining balance in your account will be withdrawn and returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonuses. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened and any future play requires creation of a new account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem or need to take a break from gaming, you may self-exclude your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. reebet will not send you marketing communications during self-exclusion and will refuse any attempt to create a new account. 8.4 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, reebet reserves the right to: void all pending bets and unsettled wagers; confiscate any bonus funds and associated winnings; withhold deposits and winnings if obtained through fraudulent activity; report violations to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies; and pursue civil or criminal legal action to recover losses and enforce these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While reebet strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security concerns. reebet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The reebet platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, reebet, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall reebet's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

9.4 Force Majeure

reebet shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, equipment failures, or labor disputes.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about reebet services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected]. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by senior management and resolved within fourteen (14) business days.

10.2 PAGCOR Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, reebet is subject to PAGCOR oversight and regulation. If you believe reebet has acted in violation of our license or Philippine gaming regulations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official complaints procedure. PAGCOR's decisions regarding licensed operators are binding on both parties.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure or PAGCOR intervention shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that are not subject to arbitration as provided above.

10.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether through arbitration or litigation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against reebet.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

reebet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Changes may be necessary to comply with new regulations, address emerging security concerns, clarify existing provisions, or introduce new services and features.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email to your registered email address and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will include a "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Changes will become effective seven (7) days after notification unless a longer notice period is required by law or we specify a different effective date.

Your continued use of reebet services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using our services and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued play or account activity after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
